Training will be periodically reviewed to ensure that all employees are aware of all current and upcoming regulations that affect the way they work. Training is on-going with operatives being sent on courses to ensure their skills remain current and certificates in date. Additional training is provided for operatives on site who require specific skills for tasks that they will be required to carry out on the project they have been allocated to.
