All site managers are required to attend the “Site Management Safety Training Scheme” operated by the CITB.

All subcontractor appointments and repeat orders are subject to pre order/pre qualification questionnaires and continuous performance criteria used in accordance with all current legislation.

First Aid

All PDR Site Manager’s are trained in administering first aid should the need ever arise.

Office Staff Training/IT

As well as the site and technical staff receiving comprehensive training and further education, PDR also actively encourage office and admin staff to better themselves and actively encourage the attendance of relevant courses and provide day release for those wishing to obtain an appropriate NVQ qualification.
