With a relationship that spans over two decades, PDR has been selected to deliver its sixth scheme for Springfield Heathcare – a new care village on land south of Keldgate Manor, Beverley.

The project comprises of the restoration, conservation and redevelopment of the Grade II listed Keldgate Manor and associated buildings to accommodate high quality apartments with a standalone 79 bed care facility.
