The Ampersand site was cleared and prepared by our client to ensure works got off to a flying start in November 2017. The project delivered 118 units including 16 social units and final phase handover was achieved in late 2019.
We worked closely with our civils partner to provide a speedy cost effective short bored piled substructure closely followed by a proprietary masonry solution that provided time and quality certainty.
