The 1.5-acre site sees the delivery of a two storey HQ for Beal Homes, designed with a double height glazed façade with feature vertical fins that break up the glass to provide shade to the office areas.
Configured around a central atrium the ground floor incorporates open plan and cellular offices, board room, training and conference facilities with a dedicated kitchen, welfare facilities, customer service area and a visitors’ showroom.
The first floor provides further cellular offices sited around the perimeter with a centralised open plan office. A large staff room and break out area spills out onto an outdoor terrace and garden with a feature canopy partly covering the external seating areas to assist with shading in the summer months.
Public and private car parking areas for 70 vehicles will be provided with a separate entrance into the building for the public to enhance the customer experience.
Further work includes a loading bay, cycle store, new access road and soft landscaping.
