14 Residential Apartments, Cane Hill

cane Hill

PDR’s second project for Haxted Developments delivers 14 new residential apartments and a spectacular 8 storey standalone home in a converted Victorian water tower.

This Design and Build project includes the preservation and sensitive refurbishment of two key legacy buildings of the former Cane Hill Hospital namely, the administration building and water tower.

The administration building’s facade is to be retained and refurbished, with 1,400 GIA m2 new build extensions to create a number of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments, all with terrace balconies.

The water tower once refurbished will provide high quality living accommodation with garage, living, dining, kitchen, drawing room, lobby and lift to the ground floor, bedrooms and en-suite facilities to floor 1 through to 5, plant to the 6th floor and a further living area on the 7th floor.

The development is completed with car parking provisions and extensive hard and soft landscaping
