In the Borough of Greenwich, situated directly adjacent to a Docklands Light Railway stop on a red route, the site of this 23-apartment development was cleared of dilapidated shops and remediated to create a new residential space in the redeveloped Docklands area of East London.
A mains sewer was diverted prior to the installation of 25 metre CFA piles. Working closely with Transport for London and with assistance from neighbours, a six-storey concrete frame was then erected along with a temporary bridge across a water course for craneage access.
The 30,268 sq ft structure is fully masonry clad with aluminium glazing, with a high-standard interior finish to reflect our client’s requirement for a high standard private sale finish.
