Built as part of a new Eco-friendly development off Junction 38 of the M62, this scheme saw the delivery of an Industrial Unit with office space and of 4 separate office units.
The warehouse was built using a steel frame structure with composite wall and roof cladding and designed to A energy performance and a BREEAM Rating of Very Good.
The building provides 20,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space, along with a large service yard area and car parking.
The scheme also included the provision all associated external works, drainage, lighting, perimeter fencing, security gates and hard & soft landscaping.
