Keldgate Manor Care Home, Beverley

This project comprises of the restoration, conservation and redevelopment of the Grade II listed Keldgate Manor and associated buildings to accommodate high quality apartments with a standalone 79 bed care facility.

The restoration elements include the conversion of Grade II listed buildings including two detached gate houses, a coach house and redevelopment of the manor house itself. This will provide 16 independent living units for the over 55’s.

The new build element will deliver a further 3,200 sqm of specialist living accommodation incorporating a large welcoming reception, communal living and dining areas, laundry services, bistro, cinema, spa, salon, roof terrace and communal gardens for nursing and dementia care.

When completed the complex will blend old and new with an entrance courtyard, 2 gatehouse cottages, 3 semi-detached cottages, a mixture of 1 and 2 bed self-contained apartments within the Manor House, along with the new care facility, access roads, car parking and extensive soft landscaping.
