The Grange Nursing Home, Leeds

This 52-week development saw the conversion of the derelict but grade II listed shell of the 1627 Grange into Dementia care and residential units in the heart of Seacroft, Leeds.

Working in collaboration with the Leeds City planning department and Spingfield Care, we made every effort to retain and restore existing features. The finished result was an award-winning care village constructed with facilities including all en-suite rooms, a therapy room, a coffee shop, spa baths, a cinema and social spaces.
