Over the last seven years, PDR has delivered over 700 units in the area of residential construction, with the majority of building projects located in Greater London.
Each individual construction project is unique – our portfolio ranges from 20 to 130 unit developments, with some being up to 20 storeys in height. Through working with both private developers and housing associations on numerous projects, we have been able to establish a London base to serve clients in and around the M25.
We are a trusted, privately owned, medium-sized contractor, continually demonstrating our ability to deliver quality with a commercial edge that has previously been missing from our sector.
Over the past 20 years, we have demonstrated our proficiency and expertise in constructing buildings that are occupied by all the major U.K. grocers. We have also added value to existing retail parks through a process of remodelling and extending, as well as constructing full newly-built destinations.
We are currently framework contractors for some of the most prolific food retailers, but are equally eager to be working on developer-led schemes across the U.K. Our efforts are concentrated on the construction of new stores, building both shell and fully fitted projects.
For developers and pension funds, PDR has constructed over 1.5 million sq/ft of trading parks across the U.K. We are well-accustomed to working on greenfield and brownfield sites, as well as live retail environments – accommodating tenant fit out access in order to speed up trading.
In 25 years, we have built up a portfolio of over 300 completed motor trade projects for the majority of U.K. motor franchises.

Health and Education
Our portfolio of work features completed nursing facilities for both public and private sector clients, dealing with a full range of care needs, surgeries, schools and colleges.
Our experience involves extending and refurbishing live facilities, along with some landmark new builds which are fully conversant with current standards and cost expectations.
We have built a large number of manufacturing and storage facilities across the U.K. The size of these construction projects ranges from 20,000 to 200,000 sq/ft, and includes work on both green and brownfield sites.
With the help of our tried and trusted design teams and supply chain, we have been able to deliver on challenging sites and under tight timescales, while still achieving a quality product.
The office market in the north of the U.K. has developed fast since the post-recession period.
Through working with established developer clients, we have delivered over 400,000 sq/ft of office accommodation, all completed to Grade A specifications. We have completed projects involving entire fit outs, as well as shell and core builds.

For more than 10 years, we have been building for the UK’s most established hotel groups throughout the country. These quality budget hotels are not only growing their profile and standards, but also their geographical coverage and numbers.
